Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Airapvideo ("we," "us," or the "Service"), an online service that turns user-provided photos and ideas into short AI-generated rap videos. The Service is available at https://airapvideo.art.

By creating an account, buying credits, or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18, have authority to agree to these Terms, have read our Privacy Policy, and agree to both documents. Do not use the Service if you do not agree.

1. The Service and AI

Airapvideo lets you submit photos and creative instructions to generate short videos with AI-generated music and rap vocals. The Service uses Kie.ai to access the ByteDance Seedance 2 Mini video model (bytedance/seedance-2-mini). Its availability, processing and results may affect the Service. AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to content generated for others. Review outputs before relying on or sharing them; the Service does not provide professional advice.

You retain rights to your input materials. As between you and Airapvideo, you may use generated outputs to the extent permitted by applicable law and these Terms. You grant Airapvideo and its service providers a limited license to host, process, transmit and modify your inputs only as needed to operate, secure and support the Service and generate your requested output. We do not use your inputs to train our own AI models. Third-party providers may process inputs under their own terms and privacy practices.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share account credentials or use another person's account without permission.

3. Credits, payment and refunds

The Service currently sells one-time credit packs. The available pack, price, currency and included credits are shown at checkout before you pay. Credits are added after payment is confirmed, are valid for 365 days from the grant date, and are consumed when you submit a generation request. If a generation fails, the credits charged for that failed task are restored. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and expire after their stated validity period unless applicable law requires otherwise. We do not currently offer an automatically renewing subscription.

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake. By completing checkout, you authorize Waffo Pancake to charge the payment method you select for the displayed one-time amount. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Taxes, if applicable, are shown or handled at checkout.

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if none of the purchased credits have been used. Once any credits from a pack have been used, that pack is not refundable except where required by law, for a duplicate charge, or where we cannot provide the purchased credits. To request a refund, contact support@airapvideo.art with your account email and order details. Where a refund is approved, the corresponding unused credits may be removed.

For a billing error, contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can investigate and resolve it. We aim to acknowledge billing inquiries within 2 business days.

4. Acceptable use

You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit each photo, image, prompt or other material. You are responsible for your inputs and outputs and must use them lawfully. You agree not to:

• Upload a person's image or likeness without their permission, or create deceptive impersonations or non-consensual deepfakes.
• Create sexual content involving a minor, exploitative content, or content that endangers a child.
• Generate threats, harassment, fraud, defamatory content, malware, or content that facilitates illegal activity.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights, including by cloning a real person's voice or likeness without authorization.
• Request imitation of a named artist or another person's distinctive voice.
• Use the Service to develop, train, benchmark or improve a competing AI model, or systematically scrape outputs.
• Bypass security controls, disrupt the Service, or resell access without our written permission.

The following categories are expressly prohibited:

1. Sexual or adult content: pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexualized nudity, or sexual exploitation.
2. Violence or graphic content: graphic injury, gore, torture, glorification of real-world violence, or instructions that facilitate violent harm.
3. Hateful or extremist content: attacks, slurs, dehumanization, or praise of violence against a protected class, or content promoting extremist violence.
4. Child sexual abuse or exploitation: any sexualized depiction, solicitation, or exploitation of a minor.
5. Deceptive impersonation and deepfakes: non-consensual use of a person's face, voice or likeness, or content intended to mislead people about identity, origin or an event.
6. Illegal, infringing or privacy-violating content: copyright or trademark infringement, unlawful disclosure of personal information, fraud, malware, phishing, or other illegal activity.

You can report a suspected violation or request removal at support@airapvideo.art. Include the output URL or task identifier, a short description of the concern, and any relevant evidence. Do not send additional sensitive personal data unless it is necessary to investigate.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation, security risk, legal requirement, or harm to users.

5. Content review and enforcement

We may use provider safeguards, automated checks where available, user reports and human review when needed. A report is acknowledged within 2 business days and ordinarily reviewed within 7 days; urgent reports involving child safety, credible threats or severe illegal content are prioritized. We may block a generation before delivery, restrict visibility, remove an output, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate an account, or refer conduct to law enforcement where required. We may ask for clarification, take no action when a report is unfounded, and allow an appeal by replying to the support email. We do not guarantee that automated or human review will identify every violation.

6. Cancellation and account closure

There is no recurring subscription to cancel at this time. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion by contacting support@airapvideo.art. Deleting an account does not revive expired credits or automatically entitle you to a refund. We may retain records where required by law or needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, software, branding and materials supplied by Airapvideo are owned by Airapvideo or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights in the Service are transferred to you.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how it is used and shared, how long it is retained, and how to exercise your privacy rights. Waffo Pancake processes payment card data; our servers do not store full card numbers.

9. Availability, disclaimers and liability

We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice where practicable. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular AI result, or that outputs are accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airapvideo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Airapvideo's total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email before the change takes effect where practicable. The updated date appears above; continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
