Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Airapvideo ("we," "us," or the "Service") handles personal information when you use our AI rap video service. Privacy contact: support@airapvideo.art.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: email address, name if provided, and authentication data needed to create and secure your account. Passwords are handled by our authentication system and are not stored as readable text.
• Creative inputs and outputs: photos you upload, prompts or ideas you submit, and the generated videos, music and task results. These may contain a person's image, voice or other personal information. Do not upload material unless you have the rights and permissions to do so.
• Purchase and credit records: pack selected, amount, currency, payment status, order identifiers, credit balance and expiration. Waffo Pancake processes card details; we do not receive or store full card numbers on our servers.
• Support communications: messages and information you choose to send when asking for help.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, request and error logs, browser and device information, pages and features used, and timestamps. Security and operational logs help us keep the Service reliable and prevent abuse.
• Cookies and similar technologies: essential cookies maintain sessions, security and language preferences. If enabled, analytics cookies or scripts may collect usage measurements according to your consent choices and browser settings.

We do not intentionally collect precise location data or sensitive personal information as a condition of using the Service.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain accounts, process purchases and credits, generate requested videos, store and deliver media, provide support, communicate important service and security notices, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve the Service. We process information where needed to perform our agreement with you, meet legal obligations, protect the Service and users, or based on consent where required (including optional analytics and marketing, if offered).

We do not send marketing messages unless we have a lawful basis to do so. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or the relevant account preference. Unsubscribing does not stop necessary transactional, security or legal notices.

3. AI processing and service providers

To generate a video, the relevant photos and creative instructions are sent to Kie.ai, which provides access to the ByteDance Seedance 2 Mini video model (bytedance/seedance-2-mini). Kie.ai and the model provider process this material to return the requested result under their applicable terms and privacy practices. Generated media and related task data may be stored with our cloud storage provider (including Cloudflare R2 where configured).

We also use Waffo Pancake for payments; an email delivery provider such as Resend for service messages; and hosting, database and security providers needed to run the Service. If Google Analytics or Plausible is enabled, the selected analytics provider receives usage information subject to your cookie choices. See Google's Privacy Policy and Plausible's Data Policy. We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information only to provide their services to us, comply with law, or as otherwise described in their own terms.

4. Sharing and international transfers

We share information with the providers listed above, when you direct us to share it, to comply with law or valid legal process, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization. Our providers and infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or another legally recognized mechanism. Contact us for more information about applicable safeguards.

5. Retention

Our standard retention periods are:

• Account information: while your account is active, then 7 days after account closure.
• Uploaded photos, generated media and generation task content: 7 days after creation. Download outputs you wish to keep within that period.
• Transaction records: 7 days after the transaction is completed, except records that must be kept longer under tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution requirements. Credit balances and grant/consumption records needed to honor valid credits remain until the credits are used or expire, then 7 days.
• Support records: 7 days after the support request is closed.
• Operational and security logs: 7 days after collection.

After the applicable period, we delete or de-identify the data, including retained backup copies. Where law or an active dispute requires longer retention, we restrict use to that purpose and delete the records when that requirement ends. These periods cover information under our control; payment providers may retain records independently to meet their legal obligations.

6. Security

We use access controls and encrypted HTTPS connections, and authentication secrets are protected by hashing or encryption as appropriate. No internet service can guarantee perfect security. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and regulators within the timeframe required by applicable law and provide updates as required.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your information, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy. You can update some account details in account settings or request help at support@airapvideo.art. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie controls shown on the site, where available, or through your browser. Disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other core functions.

8. Children

The Service is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information or imagery, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate. Do not submit a minor's image for sexualized or exploitative content; such use is prohibited.

9. Policy updates and contact

We may update this Policy as the Service or applicable law changes. We will update the date above and provide notice of material changes through the Service or by email where appropriate.
